These challenges include reliance on traditional teaching methods, a lack of full alignment with labor market needs, and insufficient educational innovations. This study aims to identify and analyze educational methods and innovations in Iranian schools to propose solutions for improving education quality. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, and data were collected through official document reviews, library research, and content analysis of curricula and educational programs. The statistical population includes public and private elementary and secondary schools in both urban and rural areas of Iran, selected using a purposive sampling method. Findings indicate that the use of modern technologies such as smart classrooms, active teaching methods like collaborative and project-based learning, and creative educational programs have had a positive impact on both students and teachers. However, obstacles such as inadequate infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and cultural resistance to change have hindered the implementation of these innovations. Finally, this study provides practical recommendations for educational policymakers and teachers to transform the educational system through the adoption of modern teaching approaches. نظام آموزشی ایران، به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین نهادهای توسعه اجتماعی و فرهنگی، در سال‌های اخیر با چالش‌هایی نظیر تکیه بر روش‌های سنتی تدریس، عدم انطباق کامل با نیازهای بازار کار و کمبود نوآوری‌های آموزشی مواجه بوده است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل روش‌ها و نوآوری‌های آموزشی در مدارس ایران انجام شده است تا راهکارهایی برای بهبود کیفیت آموزش ارائه دهد. در این مطالعه از رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده شده و داده‌ها از طریق بررسی اسناد رسمی، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و تحلیل محتوای برنامه‌های درسی و آموزشی گردآوری شده‌اند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدارس ابتدایی و متوسطه دولتی و غیردولتی در مناطق شهری و روستایی ایران است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین مانند کلاس‌های هوشمند، روش‌های تدریس فعال مانند یادگیری مشارکتی و پروژه‌محور، و همچنین برنامه‌های آموزشی خلاقانه تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد دانش‌آموزان و معلمان داشته است. با این حال، موانعی نظیر کمبود زیرساخت‌ها، ناکافی بودن آموزش معلمان و مقاومت‌های فرهنگی در برابر تغییر، پیاده‌سازی این نوآوری‌ها را با مشکل مواجه کرده است. در پایان، این پژوهش پیشنهاداتی عملی برای سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی و معلمان ارائه می‌دهد تا بتوانند با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های نوین، نظام آموزشی را متحول کنند. /downloadfilepdf/1418624
