Given the rapid expansion of online education, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, and its consolidation as a permanent component of educational systems, a proper understanding of the capabilities and limitations of cyberspace in meeting the diverse needs of learners has become an undeniable necessity. This study was conducted using a non-systematic review approach through a search of معتبر sources in national and international databases published between 2022 and 2025. The findings indicate that, on the one hand, cyberspace has been able to respond effectively to many learners’ needs by offering opportunities such as AI-based personalized learning, unprecedented access to educational resources, temporal and spatial flexibility, immediate feedback, and diverse methods of content delivery. On the other hand, serious challenges—including the digital divide, reduced social interaction and weakened transfer of tacit knowledge, deficiencies in self-regulation and motivation, screen fatigue, threats to academic integrity posed by artificial intelligence, and negative effects on mental health—have hindered the full realization of this responsiveness. The study concludes that the blended learning model is the most effective strategy, and that strengthening digital literacy, redesigning assessment systems, and providing equitable infrastructure are essential for the effective use of cyberspace in education. هدف این پژوهش مروری، بررسی تأثیر فضای مجازی بر پاسخگویی به نیازهای آموزشی یادگیرندگان با تمرکز بر فرصت ها و چالش های موجود است. با توجه به گسترش روزافزون آموزش های آنلاین به ویژه پس از همه گیری کووید-۱۹ و تثبیت آن به عنوان بخشی دائمی از نظام های آموزشی، درک صحیح از توانمندی ها و محدودیت های فضای مجازی در تأمین نیازهای متنوع یادگیرندگان ضرورتی انکارناپذیر یافته است. این مطالعه با رویکرد مروری غیرنظام مند و با جستجوی منابع معتبر در پایگاه های داده داخلی و بین المللی بین سال های ۲۰۲۲ تا ۲۰۲۵ انجام شد. یافته ها نشان می دهد که فضای مجازی از یک سو با ارائه فرصت هایی نظیر یادگیری شخصی سازی شده مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، دسترسی بی سابقه به منابع آموزشی، انعطاف پذیری زمانی-مکانی، بازخورد فوری و تنوع روش های ارائه محتوا، توانسته است به بسیاری از نیازهای یادگیرندگان پاسخ مؤثری دهد. از سوی دیگر، چالش های جدی ازجمله شکاف دیجیتال، کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی و تضعیف انتقال دانش ضمنی، ضعف در خودتنظیمی و انگیزش، خستگی ناشی از صفحه نمایش، تهدید صداقت تحصیلی توسط هوش مصنوعی و پیامدهای منفی بر سلامت روان، مانع از تحقق کامل این پاسخگویی شده اند. نتیجه آنکه الگوی یادگیری ترکیبی به عنوان مؤثرترین راهبرد پیشنهاد می شود و توجه به توانمندسازی سواد دیجیتال، بازطراحی نظام های ارزشیابی و تأمین زیرساخت های عادلانه از ضروریات بهره گیری مؤثر از فضای مجازی در آموزش است. https://jnie.ir/downloadfilepdf/1802341
