Nurturing this sacred and foundational structure, while guiding it toward its rightful place, has always been instrumental in improving the broader human family. Conversely, neglecting it leads to a deviation from authentic life and a descent into ruin; therefore, striving for its well-being is essential. Psychology, as a discipline dedicated to the study of behavior, emotion, and human relationships, has recently gained a prominent position in enhancing family functionality. This review article, using a descriptive approach, examines existing research on the impact of psychological components on family cohesion and stability. The findings indicate that applying psychological principles is one of the most effective approaches to promoting the sustainability and health of the family unit.” با توجه به نقش بنیادین خانواده در سلامت فردی و اجتماعی،فهم عوامل موثر بر تحکیم بنیانش اهمیت دارد. پرداختن به این بنای مقدس و بنیادین وحمایت و هدایتش به جایگاه واقعی خود،همواره سبب اصلاح خانواده بزرگ انسانی وغفلت از ان موجب دور شدن از حیات حقیقی و سقوط به ورطه هلاکت بوده است.بنا براین باید در جهت نیل به سعادتمندی ان کوشید. روان شناسی دانشی که به مطالعه رفتار،هیجان و روابط انسانی می پردازد،طی سالهای اخیر جایگاه ویژه ای در بهبود عملکرد خانواده یافته است.این مقاله مروری ،با رویکرد توصیفی،به بررسی پژوهشهای انجام شده درباره تاثیرمولفه های روان شناختی بر انسجام وپایداری خانواده می پردازد.یافته های مطالعات نشان می دهد بهره گیری از اصول روانشناسی یکی از موثرترین رویکردها برای ارتقاء پایداری سلامت خانواده است. https://jnie.ir/downloadfilepdf/1828894
