Furthermore, examining the cultivation of dignity in schools and their reciprocal influences is also of great importance. Researchers in the field of educational sciences have continuously shared their findings and scientific research in this area with the academic community. In the present action research, an effort has been made to examine and analyze these issues more meticulously. In this action research, I have addressed the subject matter according to the existing conditions and situation and attempted to advance my practical research through creative, student-centered strategies. The findings of the action research indicate that the discussed factors have a deep and inevitable connection with each other, and there is a significant relationship between the research data. The objective of this study is to enhance the self-esteem of the student, Amirali, who is studying in the sixth grade. In this action research, the following methods were employed for data collection: parent questionnaires, observation by the teacher and school staff, as well as meetings with the educational staff. Based on the obtained results, it can be stated that the perspectives of educational science researchers regarding the presented categories in this context are entirely correct and based on reality. Therefore, it is recommended that topics related to student self-esteem and the cultivation of dignity in school be addressed in higher education and graduate studies centers, and that research results be presented as theoretical proposals. موضوع عزت‌نفس دانش‌آموزان همواره مورد توجه پژوهش‌های متعددی قرار گرفته است. علاوه بر این، بررسی موضوع پرورش مناعت طبع در مدارس و تأثیرات متقابل آنها نیز از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. پژوهشگران حوزه علوم تربیتی پیوسته یافته‌ها و تحقیقات علمی خود را در این زمینه با جامعه علمی به اشتراک گذاشته‌اند. در اقدام‌پژوهی حاضر، تلاش شده تا این مسائل با دقت بیشتری مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرد. در این اقدام‌پژوهی نیز بنده باتوجه‌به شرایط و وضع موجود به مسئله موردبحث پرداخته و سعی نمودم به‌وسیله راهکارهای خلاقانه و دانش‌آموز محور پژوهش عملی خود را پیش ببرم. یافته‌های اقدام‌پژوهی نشان می‌دهد که فاکتورهای موردبحث ارتباط عمیق و غیرقابل‌اجتنابی با هم دارند و رابطه معناداری بین داده‌های پژوهش وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر افزایش عزت‌نفس دانش‌آموز، امیرعلی است که در پایة ششم تحصیل می‌کند. در این اقدام‌پژوهی روش‌های زیر برای گردآوری اطلاعات به کار گرفته شده است: پرسش‌نامة والدین، مشاهدة معلم و کادر مدرسه و همچنین جلساتی با حضور کادر آموزشی. باتوجه‌به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان گفت نظرات پژوهشگران رشته علوم تربیتی پیرامون مقوله‌های ارائه شده دراین‌رابطه کاملاً صحیح و مبتنی بر واقعیت است. ازاین‌رو پیشنهاد می‌شود مباحث عزت‌نفس در دانش‌آموزان و پرورش مناعت طبع در مدرسه در مراکز آموزش عالی و تحصیلات تکمیلی مطرح گردد و نتایج تحقیقات به‌صورت پروپوزال‌های نظری ارائه گردد. /downloadfilepdf/329014
